August 25, Tuesday, 2015 Blood Sugar : 134 Weight : 289.8 lbs I still have 2 Open Ulcers on my Right Ankle and a Sore Left Knee. And dad and I saw Hillary Hassell there. We found out, that [ This Wed, Thurs, Fri and Saturday, ~ they “Brenda and Hillary” are having a Garage Sale for they are moving!] Dad dropped me off at Stitches From The Heart from 10:45Am to 1:45pm. At Stitches, I gave Jackie, the finished Cross Stitch “Dr. Kirsten Smith’s” piece to become a Hanger Pillow. She said it would cost $15.00 and take a long while. I said, “It was ok.” She said, “Good.” At 1:45pm I went to Martha Barkers. Then I went home. |

And I Finished my “Keep Calm Eat Chocolate” Cross Stitch for Liesa Parsons! Liesa Parsons and Lee came over with a “Red Velvet Cake!” for me. And talked to me about my Kindle Fire too! They put a smile on my face! |

August 13, Thursday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 289.8 lbs Today is My BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!! I’am 53 @ 8:31 am! My Dad woke me up wishing me a Happy Birthday! He gave me a Gift Card of $25.00 Walmart Colorful Happy Birthday Gift Card. ~And he gave me a $25.00 Starbucks Gift Card. My dad took me to Dr. Scanlan @ 9am. “Dr. Scanlan/Olivia/Norma and the other secretary!” said happy birthday to me. Then we in the hallway saw Dr.Hilton. “Dr. Hilton wished me a Happy Birthday!” For Breakfast on my Birthday, Dad took me to La Madeline! Breakfast : Big Chochotlet and Whipped Crème ~ Spinach Quiche ~ Ham ~ Slight amount of Crossiant. Then dad took me to Fed Ex and we mailed Perrin Worrell's, letter to her. Then dad took me to RIE camping store And I received a New Sleeping Bag That is BIGGER~WIDER! For me! I Paid for x4 Cliff Bars $4.29 We saw a Secure Cot that would be perfect for dad. Then dad was as well looking for a new porta potty. Then For Lunch on my Birthday, Dad took me to Piattie’s for Lunch Near the Quarry. Lunch : Shredded Zuchinni ~ Pine Nuts ~ Grilled Chicken~ Sundried Tomatoes in a Tuscan Tomato Sauce. ~ and a Cucumber Cooler Drink and a Water and a Crème Brulee’ with a Biscotti Cookie and Whipped Crème. My Birthday Was A BLAST!!!!!!!! |

August 11, Tuesday, 2015 Blood Sugar :117 Weight : 289.8 lbs I HAVE “””2 Opened Ulcers On my Right Ankle, ~In the Same Area At the Same Time! OUCH!””” Dad and I went to Einstiens Bagels for Breakfast! I had a Rosemary and Olive Bagel with Garlic and Herb Smear and a Chochotlet with Whipped Cream. Then dad dropped me off at Stitches From The Heart from 10:30 to 1:45pm. I went next door to Taco and Salsa and celerbrated my early birthday there. I had 2 Flan ChocMouse Cakes + 2 Peanut M and M’s + Milk. Then at Stitches,there, they celerbrated 2 Birthdays! This was how they celerbrated, by giving the following: ~ First, a Pink Triangle Homemade Organizer Contaner made out of cloth. “Made by Jan Emerick”, ~I love it! I’m going to put Quarters in it! ~Plus Second, from, Peggy Kondoff, ~she and her grandkids made Cupcakes ~ with Purple Whipped Creams Surprise in-side the cupcake. Oh, I ordered through Jackie, The Just Cross Stitch Christmas Ornaments Magazine! And I got the Santa and Mrs Santa and Rudolph Sled Cross Stitches put on hold for me for next Tuesday. Then I went to Martha Barker, my councelor. Then I went home for a-while and worked on my documents for a-while Oh, I played with Rosebud for a-while too! Afterwards, I went to BJ Brewlry’s ~ and so did the LDS Home Visiting Ladies : Patty Smith, Wendy Fitzer and Barbara Longi. We had a blast! All 4 of us did ! Patty gave me a Card, a $30.00 Cheesecake Factory Gift Card! Wendy gave me a Card and Paid for my BJ Brewlry’s Dinner! And Barbara gave me an Exotic Looking Box of Chocolate Truffles! And All 3 of them split my dessert cost 3 ways! For Dinner, I had Avacado Eggrolls with Tamarana Sauce. For Dessert, I had a Pzooki Trio Dessert of : ~ White Choc Macadamia Nut ~ Cookies & Cream ~ Peanut Butter ~ all served with Ice Cream on top! ~Plus I had 2 Homemade Root Beers! |

Albert Len went home around 3pm Sunday. We will miss him. Dad will miss his conversations with him. TODAY ,Monday! Liz LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I concentrated on my cross stitch. |

Liz and her adopted daughter Sarah Darnall, from Dallas, are staying with us. Albert Len Smith, from Virginia, is staying with us. Christina Johnson and family came down from Colorado, are staying at a hotel. Julie and Willie Averett ~ "They Live in San Antonio". ~PLUS Sandra Gonzalez Kevin Bass "and They Live in San Antonio". And Dad and I live in San Antonio We had a Hand Full of People To Take Care of you might say. |

June 30, Tuesday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 290.8 lbs. My right ankle is still an open ulcer! I woke up at 5:15am to see that my Motor Wheelchair Was NOT Plugged In All Night Long! After my bathroom break, I slept in my wheelchair the rest of the night. PLUGGED IN!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope it works today, I have Six Flags ahead of me, Plus this Hotel Maze. |

June 28,Sunday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 290.8 lbs No more Bronchidis for Me YEAY! My right ankle is still an open ulcer! Dad and I Planned to go to Arlington, Texas. Plus, we went to Buccees and Threadgills in Austin. We stayed at Homewood Suites Hotel by Hilton. ~They have a Sofa –Bed Couch for me! Dad said for now on, That is what we will have to do! and I agreed! |

Went to Stitches From The Heart from 10:30am to 1:45pm I “SAW” Aleata Neil !!!!!!!!!!!!!! and her son Tyler! “she said, ‘you almost ran over him’.” Sharon Taber, got me a Nashville Shotglass, that I had asked her for. Cool. Dad took me to Martha Barker my counselor. Then dad took me home. Dad made a birthday cake for his client Dan. Dan was very appreciated for it. Dan left the cake with dad, so that I could have some. I was very appreciated too! |

March 2, Monday, 2015 Blood Sugar : 138 Weight : 298.2 lbs My Left foot Hurts alittle bit and Left Knee hurts a lot especially when I lift my leg. My Right foot hurts like stitches stabbing me upwards on the insides. Last night, Dad said, that I have 3 Bedsores and that Hypebaric needs to see it Monday. At Hyperbaric Wound Care, Dr. Smith, said "Luckly there not open. "However you need to put Fisherman’s Hand Cream Neutragenia on it. And to try to keep pressure off of it. MaryLee, the RN, pulled off my scab on my Left ankle on the right side. It Stings still alittle bit. But it is healed I think! When I got home, I fell to sleep for 4 hours. Then I did the computer. I’m still having trouble getting on my kindlefire. RRR! |

February 25, Wednesday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 298.2 lbs My Left foot Hurts alittle bit and Left Knee hurts a lot especially when I lift my leg. My Right foot hurts like stitches stabbing me upwards on the insides. This morning I cleaned Out Naturally Again! And Relief, I felt much better! Around 9am National Seating and Mobility came over. ~ and Changed Chargers with a brand New One! ~Plus they Fixed my Fender by taking my wheels and seat apart! YIKES! Scary to watch! I worked on my “Doctor” Cross Stitch some today. Now, I’m on the computer. Then I will go back to my cross stitch. However, I will work on the “Pool Table” cross stitch for a while. |

Stitches Celerbrated Jackie Kayser 60th Birthday today, even though, it was on the 20th. Valorie Colcasure, made her a Chocolate Chip with White Icing Bundt Cake. It was good. I went home for I wasn’t feeling to well "From something I had Last NIGHT" not today. Dad understood, and that is what mattered. Around 7pm I cleaned Out Naturally! And Relief, I felt much better! |

February 17, Tuesday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 298.2 lbs My Two Feet are Healing Yeay! But my Right Foot is a PAIN Literally! And my Left Knee too! Dad took me to Eienstien’s Bagels. And then, we went to Stitches From The Heart from 10:30 am to 1:45pm. Today, I gave Peggy the Love Cross Stitch, and told her, it was my way of a Thank you for helping learn how to sort my floss. “She said Thanks, but you didn’t have too.” I said, “Yes, I did”. Now, I’m making it into a folding stand for her. I had a Councelor apt to see Martha Barker afterwards. And then I went home for a few hours. Around 6pm, I went to the Pausha Indian Resturant with my church friends, ~ Mary Beth Easton, Toni Greece, Laurie Patterson, and Fran Shoemaker. We had fun! |

Instead, today, I celerbrated! It started on Feb 10, Tuesday @ Stitches From The Heart, ~with Valerie giving me Heart Shapped Altoids ~And Jan made me a Hand Made Pink Cloth with Snaps Envelope ~And Peggy made some Valentine Cupcakes. Yum! Then My Dad! this morning and yesterday morning with Candy Hearts and Russell Stovers Chocolates, ~A Snoopy Card and a Sea Island Dinner. And I had me some Chicken! Then a Church Friends Mrs. Zernzach in person with a Chocolate Rose and a Hug and a Kiss. And Anne Rattliff, celerbrated Vday with me online with a Valentines Card. Plus, I made a Valentines Spirit Page and I entered it into a contest. |

February 10, Tuesday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 298.2 lbs My Left Foot bothers me. And my Right Foot bothers me. I’ve been Cleaning myself out all this past weekend Ugh! Today was at least a-little-bit better for me, ~ until 3 pm, that is when my Left foot started to hurt a lot and I needed a hydrocodone! At least I did feel a-little bit up to going to my Cross stitch group today. Stitches From The Heart from 10:30am to 3pm. Even though, I don’t celerbrate Valentines day, for my mom died on that day. Stitches From The Heart managed to cheer me up. Valerie Colcasure gave me a Heart Shaped Altoids! Jan Emerick gave me a hand made Pink Enveloped that snaps shut! And Peggy Kondoff made some Valentines Cupcakes. I Finished a Christmas Love Snowman! And For the first time, I put in it Buttons! A Holly Button, Carrot Nose Button and a Heart Button! Dad said HE Is SO PROUD OF ME!!!!!!!!!!! And that he really loves the snowman. Bummer it’s not for him. The snowman is for my aunt Harriet Worrell. |

February 3, Tuesday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 293.6 lbs My Left Foot bothers me. And my Right Foot bothers me. Yes, I see Dr. King today and get my ears cleaned out today! And it is a relief for me, for my left ear hurts! I had a Great Emotional Day and Night! Dad and I ate breakfast at a Cajun Deli inside the Doctor’s building today. It was good. Then Dad took me to see the kittens at Pet Smart, then to the bank. Then we went to drop me off at Stitches From The Heart from 10:15am to 1:45pm. Then he took me to my doctor Martha Barker, then home. Then later, dad took me to Eilian Piatti’s Restaurant at La Cantera’s, to eat dinner with Stitches From The Heart. These persons showed : Jackie Kayser, Jan Emerick, Diane Keidel, Jan Tolssma, ~Peggy Kondoff, Donna Contaza, and ME! = 7 in total! |

I saw my Hyperbaric Wound Care this morning for x3 reasons : Seat ~ 2 Ankles. After seeing the doctor, Dad took me to Walgreens and Starbucks. ~ and then to his bank and the postoffice then to Mc Callister’s Delli. |

Thank the lord, I get my ears looked at on the 3rd, they have been hurting me. Dad is still having Shooting Pains in his left side! Today, I have been on my Kindle Fire, borrowed books and reading new books. Then I sorted my pill box so that, I can take my medicine today. Then I sorted some “NOT ALL” of my floss. I need to get more plastic bags in-order to sort them completely. |

January 31, Saturday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 293.6 lbs My Left Foot bothers me. And my Right Foot bothers me. Dad is having Shooting Pains in his left side! He went to the doctor! They said It was not Diverticulitis but it was STRESS! And MUSCLE SPASMS! They gave him something for it that happen to put him out! They as well put him on a liquid diet! ~ No Bananas! I got to a stopping point on my snowman, for I need to get more thread for the piece to be finished. So I started on a Santa Wreath. |

January 28, Wednesday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 293.6 lbs My Left Foot bothers me. And my Right Foot bothers me. Around 1am to 4:45am, I stayed up, with permission, doing cross stitch, for I couldn’t sleep, ~ my Breathing was too cold, my feet hurt, ~ I was restless, I was wide awake. I couldn’t stand staying in bed. Then around 4:45am, I went back to bed, and dad fixed my bipap machine and I was fine again. The Weird part is Dad was NOT upset with me for what happened to me last night and early this morning. ~ And I was almost certain, that he would be. When I got up, I went back to my cross stitch. In-which by the way, For the Heck of things, I decided to do a snowman. ~ That made me happy. I managed to finish the scarf and 1 mitten. I finally got my next door neighbor’s baby’s birthdate and her Newly Born Sister’s name and birthdate! ~So I will give the Tickle Pink in a few days. And Start a whole DIFFERENT Birth Announcement. Plus, I talked to a Past Friend of mine, named Torey Spahr. ~She has a new son! I said, I will make him some turtles. |

And said “This is the last time!” Afterwards I did alittle bit of stitchery on my DOCTOR. Then at home, my dad got me some hangers, so I could hang the Floss up and see them on display better. .Around 5pm Dad took me to Golden Wok, .~so I could eat dinner with the Stitches From The Heart Group. ~About 9 persons showed up in total. It was great! |

And they will be Re-Constructed later back onto her. I told her she is in our prayers. Then dad took me to Stitches From The Heart at 10am to 1:45pm. Jackie had finished the Celtic Circle Box! ~ Neato! Jackie said, There “Might be a way to Order” Told From A Garden : Amish Patterns Cross Stitch books! Jackie as well said that my “Dr. Hooty” came in! Then I went to Martha Barkers. |

January 19, Monday, 2015 Blood Sugar :141 Weight : 293.6 lbs. My Left foot bothered me and so did my right foot. Dad is feeling much better, he still coughs though. ~And Now,I’m starting to sneeze! I went to Hyperbaric Wound Care today, ~My doctor took off my scab off of my left ankle. ~on the right side of the foot where it had been hurting. “It still hurts” But at least it will have a chance to start to heal again!” Dad and I went to Dough’s Pizza and had lunch with Brenda and Hillary Hassell. It was not a planned get-together –either. We both met at the same restaurant. We know each other from Church. Then dad and I went to Barnes and Noble Bookstore, ~so that I could get a Tv Series “Grey’s, Anatomy Season 10” . Then, we went to visit my best friend, Patty Smith, She said this is a Christmas Gift to me from her {It is what I had Ordered} :Breathe Lozanges ~ On Guard Lozanges ~ On Guard Oil ~ Peppermint Beedlets. My Bi-Pap Resperator Tech came over and delivered us a New Bipap Machine! |

And Today, Jan 17, Saturday, 2015, I DRB’ed from : "with Naci only" : Shannon’s Pet’s Dreams Come True. I made a NEW Cartoonist Page 2! Tonight, dad and I escaped from the house and went to eat out! We haven’t been out of the house in 3 days! Cabin Fever! Yikes! LOL. We ate at a New Indian Restaurant called Tarka . It was great tasting! I do want to try this place again! Afterwards, we went to Trader Joes’ Grocerie Store. |

January 16, Friday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 293.6 lbs My Left Foot has been hurting me today. ~And I took something for the pain. ~I’m as well alittle bit light-headed today. “Dad is still under-the-weather”. ~And “Dad is starting to Wheeze now!” ~In-Which is, Not Good for he won’t take inhalers for it. Rosemarie Montgomery's Doctor, finally paid me $60.00 for my Teach Peace Cross Stitch. I’m NOT working on Cross Stitch today! Instead, I’m sorting graphics and photos’ on my computer! Today, Jan 16, Friday, 2015, I DRB’ed my Naci Louise from Mystical Meadows Pet Mangerie. But I will do the MM Pet Mangerie SOTY and then Re Turn back to the comp! “If they let me”. |

January 13, Tuesday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 293.6 lbs My left foot hurt all day long! Not sure why. I was at Taco & Salsa at 9:30am. I was at Stitches From The Heart at 10am to 3pm. "I FINISHED my Celtic Circle! Cross Stitch!" Now all I have to do is Finish it in a box and mail it! I’m almost Finished with my Tickled Pink Cross Stitch! I met with Mary Beth Easton and Laurie Patterson and Kaitlin Patterson at Papullolli's for dinner. |

January 9, Friday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 293.6 lbs My left foot hurt so much, and my left eye burned and watered so much, ~ that after I got back from seeing my podiatrist Dr. Schebetka, Then I saw my Doctor, Dr. Schebetka. She sprayed my foot with freeze spray to take out spurs out of my toes. There were some big ones too! ~I crashed out in bed for about 2 hours. It was so cold in and out -side of the house that dad decided to make a fire in the fireplace today. After I woke up, Dad fixed both of us some chochotlet and we watched some TV together. ~Then, I felt like working on my computer. |

I was busy phoning people today while I was eating : I phoned National Seating & Mobility ~ I phoned Daniel at Exmed ~I phoned Toni Greece ~ Phycians Choice ~ and Patty Smith. And I watched TV with dad too. |

January 6, Tuesday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 293.6 lbs My left foot hurts more than my right foot does! Not fair to me at all. I’m really making a lot of progress on my Celtic Circle. Then I went to my counselor, Martha Barker’s. And then dad and I went to Barnes and Noble to look. This is Weird! ~ For once, I didn’t buy anything. Weird, I had money, I even had a gift card. ~ But the item I wanted cost big bucks. |

January 5, Monday, 2015 Blood Sugar : 114 Weight : 293.6 lbs My pain was an 8 this morning with my left foot! That is a lot of pain! - On the scale of 1 to 10 that is.- Ten being the worst My dad said my left foot looked worse too! That the left side was looking good though. ~ The scab went away. But the right side looked worse! And my right foot, my right side of the ankle is still draining and still open! Luckly, I'm in no pain on that foot, what a Relief! I saw Hyperbaric Wound Care today. Which is Great! However, they kept me on the same routine treatment. And I come back in 2 weeks. I keep going to them, for their the only ones that ever knew how to heal my feet in the first place. The only problem is, it takes forever! |

January 4, Sunday, 2015 Blood Sugar : Weight : 293.6 lbs When dad put my wraps on me, This time he made sure to put gel on my feet! ~ But they still burned and hurt me today. It hurt me so much, I had to ask for Pain Medicine for some relief. I enjoyed my computer. My friend Stephanie Schoolcraft came over today ~and helped me with my Cross Stitch “Sophia” again. Now I can re start trying to finish it again. We decided to leave the Giggle off of it. And we decided, for me to finish doing the bird and the lines ~and the Sweet on the “Sophia” cross stitch piece. |

I had some Hemoroids issues today as well. Ouch. Not Good. Breakfast : Smoothie ~ Lady D’s Chochotlet ~ Eggo Waffle ~ Sausage Links I worked on my Celtic Circle today. I’m working on the 2 yellow colors now! I’m proud of my progress! Dad is proud of me too! My friend, Stephanie Schoolcraft, came over today. She is helping me with my “Sophia” Cross Stitch. She is outlining the Giggle and the bird for me, for I’m having trouble doing that. |

Today, I have been working on “Sophia” cross stitch. Now I’m at a point where my friend Stephanie Schoolcraft has to help me. So now I’m working on “Celtic Circle” cross stitch. |

December 31, Wednesday, 2014 New Years Day EVE!!!!!! Blood Sugar : Weight : 293.6 lbs My dad says my Left foot on my right side LOOKS worse than ever! I just know it burns and hurts! My Left foot on the left side is a scab, but is healing according to dad. “which is good” I hope! My Right foot on my right side is still open and is still draining. It still hurts. My right upper back below the shoulder hurts. I must have slept wrong. Patty Smith, one of my best friends, “may” come over today, she said. I said it is ok if she did. Dad made me Mexican Chochotlet this morning for I felt in the mood for it. Today, I set up my Cross Stitch List for 2015! And found out that I accomplished 25 cross-stitches in 2014! I set up my 32 Resolutions! In-which, I only keep 11 out of 32 Resolutions. I spent some time online looking at the site 123 Stitch Directory Wish List. Tonight, I plan on watching 2 movies: “Emmet Otter’s Jug Band’s Christmas” and “Oliver!” |

My Right Foot still is draining and feels like my foot is being pulled down. What a weird feeling. My Red Motor Wheelchair and my Van were both making noises today, it was very weird? Seems like my friend, that gets the Teach Peace, wants to take it like it is. I went to Stitches From The Heart from 10am to 3pm today. I ordered 2 Patterned Books. 1 with a Santa on it and one with Pirate stuff on it. I gave Jan Emerick $10.00 for my support to getting a Christmas Gift for the Owners later on. ~ For She is the one that handles it. |

My Right Foot still is draining and feels like my foot is being pulled down. Wierd feeling. I woke up today at 6am. Wow, What an Early Bird I’m! YES!!!!!!!!! I Finally FINISHED The TEACH PEACE!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :) Today, I wash and dry Teach Peace. Tommorow, I take Teach Peace to Stitches From The Heart to have “Finishings” done to it. ~So, it can be a Hanger. “Not a hanger for clothing” but a Wall Hanger to enjoy art work. Before getting on this computer, this morning, I worked on my To Do List. And I print out free To Do Lists and other kinds of list off of this url : This Country Clipart Site makes me emotionally happy! Today I had some of Lady D's Chochotlet and it warmed me up and made me feel good! I finished the border around the Teach Peace. I’m on the last color. And I have 2 and a half more letters to finish. I will finish my Teach Peace today! Then I have to wash and dry it. Then next Tuesday I have to take back to my Stitches From The Heart to get it Put into a Hanger. My Right foot is Opened and is draining and it feels like stitches. Today is a Great Emotional Day and Night! I woke up at 6:43am. Dad and I and Rosebud did our presents and stockings after we got dressed. I got everything I asked for : A Camera ~ A Travelon Purse ~ Christmas Brunch w/Dad at Hyatt Hill Country Resort near Sea World for the 4th time ~ Barnes & Noble Gift Card ~ Disney Gift Card ~ Chocolate Orange ~ Dad’s Love & Hugs’ . PLUS what I received from dad : A Chocolate Solid KISS ~ Lifesavers Storybook ~ Russell Stovers Chocolates ~ Millioners ~ Cordial Cheeries ~ Coca Cola’s Shapped as Ornaments. Dad loved his gift from me and had NO IDEA he was getting it! : “a Texas Longhorn’s Cross Stitch”. And from my cousin, I received a Starbucks Gift Card. Dad and I went to the Hyatt Hill Country Resort and we had a blast! From 10:15am to 3:15pm. Dad and I even had our pictures taken with Santa Clause. I had a phone call from Lark Doley, one of my best friends. And I phoned my aunt Harriet and cousin Perrin Worrell. I shared with my dad my Cordial Cherries and Russell Stovers Chocolates. |

When I was ready to pay for my meal, they said, "Merry Christmas, and your meal is on us today!" While I was at Stitches From The Heart, I worked on Teach Peace, and made a lot of progress.
