Blogging Archive May 25 ~ June 21, 2009 June 21, 2009: Sunday: Happy Fathers Day! Today I was sleepy, I slept in till 9am. Then after breakfast, went back to bed @ 10am and woke up @ 2:25pm. WO!!!! I thought I was going to wake up at 11:30 am. Oops! I'm working on my websites today. @ 5:17pm it is Mostly Sunny @ 94 degrees. TV Schedule: Turner & Hooch w/ Tom Hanks Merlin June 20, 2009 Saturday I woke up sore today! Sore in both legs and arms and back. I'm taking it easy today. It's 10:28am and Cloudy, @ 80 degrees. We went to the swimming pool and let her kids learn how to go snorkeling. We watched Space Buddies and Arthur & The Invisibles. We ate at Gengus Khans Chinese Reasturant. We had dessert at Freddies Custard place. Then we went back to the house, where, my friend, trimmed my hair. And her son, showed me Webkins. June 18, 2009 Thursday I went to my Hyperbaric Wound Care center with no problems. Then around 9am Dad and I went to Walgreens, I got out of the van, and my Motor Wheelchair stopped working! Dad called a wheelchair company that works on my wheelchair usually, And they told him to look for a leaver on the right and left. Dad couldn't find it though. It started to rain, so dad gave me an unbrella. Then he left me stranded in the parking lot so, So, he could go home and get my manual wheelchair, and the manual to the motor wheelchair. When he came back, I transferred into my manual wheelchair. He found the leaver and then I went inside Walgreens, While dad went and took my motor wheelchair to the wheelchair company. Boy, did I have fun ...NOT!!!!! June 15, 16, 17 :2009: Skipped June 14, 2009 Sunday Yesturday, I went to the Texas Folklife Festival for 3 hours. It was Fun, Loud and Delicious! I had Rice Pudding ~ Wendish Noodles ~ Gyros ~ Breast Chicken and Pita ~ Peanut Brittle and Yam Pie. Not only do I have to wear my baha on my left ear for Total Loss of hearing, In 3 months, she will discuss with my dad and I, about getting me a hearing aid for my right ear, which now has mild hearing loss. Just how many disabilties does one person have to have? @ 8:30pm the sun is going down @ 89 degrees.
